Baby Genius Favorite Lullabies
A wonderful CD…! I received this CD as a gift. My daughter had colic and fussed for 6-8 hours every night. When I would get up with her at night for feedings, I would turn this CD on and quietly hold her. The soothing songs on the Sweet Baby Dreaming CD would calm her, and I could usually get her back to sleep within 30-45 minutes. After listening to her screaming for 6-8 hours, I was about ready to rip my hair out, but this CD left me feeling calm, and I was also able to fall asleep quickly, as I could hear it playing through the baby monitor. Now my daughter is 18 months and she still listens to it at night.

Heartwarming! My grandchildren love these songs and have learned to sing along with them. These are songs I sang as a child, and it is heartwarming to know they are still sung by children today?
Captivating! My son loves to watch this DVD. These really hold his attention because of the music…He’s 15 months old, and he’s imitating the movements the kids make during the songs. He really enjoys it.

Favorite Nursery Rhymes DVD
Brilliant! My 14 month old usually has an attention span of about 5-10 seconds…which is exactly what makes this DVD perfect. The scenes change all the time, keeping her entranced through the whole movie. I can never just sit and watch it…I would recommend this to anyone with kids, and I plan on buying more Baby Genius DVDs! Very pleased!
Lively! My 2 ½-year old grandson loves the DVD. He sings and dances to all the songs and knows all the words. I feel that it has been very educational for him and has helped his sense of rhythm and his speech patterns.

A true favorite! I purchased the DVD for my son (now 8 months old) about 2 months ago, and, quite simply, I call it magic. He loves watching it and listening to the music, and it will calm him down when nothing else will. A Trip to the San Diego Zoo
The best! My son is 19 months old, and we have been watching the DVD for the last 8 months and loving it every time. I never get tired of it and it quiets him down. He was so sick for 3 weeks, and we wouldn’t have gotten through it without the DVD. The music is nice and soft, so you can fall asleep to it. And it’s broken up into segments—categories of animals—so I can tell him, “After the bears, we are going to bed.” He knows it so well now he will ask me to fast forward to a part he wants to see…I love it. This one is the best!
Animal Adventures
Awesome! This is an awesome DVD for kids of all ages (and I mean adults too!) It is a wonderful way of appreciating animals and classical music together. There are no spoken words, only classical music and beautiful images and clips of animals and children interacting. My kids love it…It is well edited and very attractive. The bonus music CD is a great addition. I totally recommend it!…This is a great healthy, safe and fun way to entertain your children.
My daughter loves it! My daughter received this DVD as a Christmas gift, and I was afraid that the format might not hold her then 7 month old attention…but I was wrong. She loved it! In fact, I’m planning to get more of the Baby Genius DVDs.
Toddler loves it! My almost 3 year old loves this DVD…It is very relaxing, to the point of putting mommy or daddy to sleep watching it. My son though gets very excited and loves the V-I-N-K-O song. It helps for a child who knows some of the animals already, and it has shown me how good he is getting at recognizing animals without being told what they are.
My child loves it! My child is 7 months old and he loved all the animals… I am very happy with this DVD.
Underwater Adventures
Very engaging! My son is 9 months, and he is captivated every time I play this or any of the three Baby Genius DVDs we have. I have watched it with him, and I think the reason it is so engaging is that the scene changes about every 5 seconds, which is about how long a baby’s attention span is. It also has characters popping up in front of the screen, and it intrigues him enough to wait to see if someone or something (a character or a letter, etc.) pops up again…This line of DVDs definitely works for us!
Music calms the soul. I personally like the no-talking aspect of the DVD and only music. I can play this in my classroom with the volume turned down low and just let it play. I leave this DVD playing during our ocean unit. While the students are enjoying centers and activities, this DVD is playing. It is engaging because it is soothing the mind, while giving the students time to enjoy the centers without having to stop and look for a plot in a movie. So really this DVD should read enjoyable at all ages.
Grandchildren adore it! My 2 and 3 year old grandsons love this DVD. They enjoyed learning all the names of the creatures…It is a great way to share time bonding while helping them develop numerous skills. The DVD is a combination of real photo film and animation. One grandson kept asking for the “dolphin movie,” his favorite creatures. It was great to have a DVD that we could interact together with.
Mozart and Friends Sleepytime
Good for winding down. I play this at night when getting my son ready for bed. There is a repeat feature which is easier than finding the remote to restart after it’s over, and the child is still not ready to sleep. It’s calming and also educational. My son likes to yell out the alphabet along to the video.

Five stars! This video is amazing!! My 4 month old daughter LOVES it. The music is wonderful, the variety of shapes and colors are very eye catching. My daughter giggles at the babies and animals. I think this tape is very educational by incorporating the letters and numbers along with the music. I give it five stars!
A Mom. This is one of our favorite videos. The music is calming and pleasant. The pictures are simple. My first infant seemed most interested in this video. Now that I have 2 children, I put it on when I want them to “wind down.” The infant watches intently, the 2 ½-year old recites the numbers and letters and I get a little break with some nice music.

Great for the price!
My 14-month old loves the Baby Genius series… They come with a bonus music CD. I think they are plenty educational for those under three, especially if an adult engages the child in talking/signing the animals they see on the screen. The classical music found in many of the DVDs is pleasing for the adults in the family, too!

We have had great success with the Baby Genius videos…These are the only videos our first son (4 ½) would actually be interested in watching when he was an infant/toddler (between 6 months to 2 years)… Our son was reading simple words by the time he was 3 years old and now, at 4 ½, can probably read as well as any 7 or 8-year old…We would play games with the video regarding what colors he saw, what letters and numbers he could recognize. We believe the interaction while watching the videos was a critical step in his quick learning ability.
The best DVDs ever!
I have no idea what they do to these DVDs when recording them, but whatever it is almost hypnotizes my niece and nephew to the TV screen… She and her little brother who is just 17 months absolutely LOVE music and animals, but at that age, don’t really have the attention span to watch for long periods of time… Something about the Baby Genius series keeps them glued to it for the whole thing, and then they beg to watch it again.

We love the Baby Genius videos. They are so much better than the other baby videos we tried. The music is really composed so professionally, and the video has our baby glued to the TV.
