PACIFIC ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION TO RELEASE BABY GENIUS®: THINGS THAT GO COUNTING DVD WITH BONUS COMPANION MUSIC CD

SAN DIEGO—Pacific Entertainment Corporation will release Baby Genius®: Things That Go Counting on DVD this fall 2006, it was announced by CEO Klaus Moeller. The first DVD release since the company’s acquisition of the Baby Genius brand from Genius Products, Inc., Things That Go Counting will be packaged with a companion music CD featuring the entire collection of songs and sing-alongs from the DVD.

Baby Genius Things That Go Counting is an adventure in counting with pure fun in motion as children visit a karate class and rowing club, step in tune to the marching band, practice cheerleading moves and much, much more. Featuring delightful children’s songs and stunning visuals, the DVD introduces children to the world of numbers with ten songs, each focusing on a single number, along with a special performance of “One, Two, I Love You.” The DVD also features sing-alongs designed to help children remember their numbers.

In addition to DVDs and music CDs, Baby Genius also entertains children around the world on television. In the U.S., Baby Genius launched in September 2005 on Comcast’s video-on-demand platform, which is available to 8.5 million homes, and held the #1 spot as the most viewed Pre-K children’s program through the end of the year with 1.5 million on-demand views.
